Owner / Executive Director
Mr. Wilson attended Morehouse College and Winston-Salem State University, earning a BS in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. continuing his dedication to serve.
Theopolis Carter
Office Manager / Public Relations
Theopolis Carter, brother of Patricia A. Wilson, attended International Seminary in Orlando, Florida, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Theology. He is a member of Salem Lodge #139 chartered through the M.W. Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of North Carolina. Mr. Carter is also the pastor and founder of Revelation of Faith Missionary Church. Theopolis has a long history of service to the community through his affiliations and continues his service through Pat's Home Health Care.
Marsha Reaves
Office Manager / Nurse Aide
Marsha Reaves, sister to Patricia Ann Wilson is pursuing a BS degree in Healthcare Management at South University. She has 27 years of experience in the Healthcare field. Marsha is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives. She brings her dedication and passion to Pat's Home Health Care.
DeeDee Dykes-Brown
Service Supervisor / RN, BSN
DeeDee Dykes is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She brings with her 12 years of experience with a background in Critical Care, Travel Nursing, and currently, Home Health. As an experienced practitioner, she also served as Preceptor for undergraduate nurses. DeeDee is dedicated to making a difference with assisting families and their loved ones, in the community and brings that dedication to Pat's Home Health Care.
